The plan starts after 3 months of you signing the plan
Your monthly payments will be taken on or around the 10th of each month by our administrators Privilege Plan Ltd and their name will appear on your bank statement
There is a once only administrators joining fee of £10 which will be taken on your first monthly collection (£26.99) and from then on will only be charged £16.99
10% off and other discounts are only available with the dentist you are registered with and do not include any treatment with specialists (unless stated above)
Examination and hygiene visits must be used with 6-month intervals. Any additional routine examination and or hygiene visit will be charged at a discounted rate
Dental hygiene treatments may be provided by your dentist or dental hygienist
Patients are responsible for making and attending appointments provided by the plan
Entitlements that are not used in any given period may not be carried forward or refunded
Your membership is continuous and does not require renewing each year
If you fail to attend an appointment provided within the plan, a fee may be chargeable at your next scheduled appointment
If your Direct Debit payments fail x3 consecutively there will be automatic cancellation from our administrators Privilege Plan Ltd
In the unlikely event of you cancelling your plan, you may be required to pay for your last appointment, and we reserve the right to recover any discounts applied to the retreatment completed in the previous six-month period
Before cancelling the membership, you MUST be on the plan for at least 9 months. If you cancel the membership within 9 months, you will be charged £150 as a fee and will be invoiced for the discounts given to you from your membership
